General requirements for bookings at the Iboga Booking Agency:

Promoter shall:
• Provide the artist(s) with a comfortable hotel room of standard quality during the event.
• That no recording of the DJ/ Live Act set will take place without prior consent of the Artist(s).
• Promoter serves the right to cancel the engagements of the artist(s) within 60 days prior to the event, without any cost for the promoter. In course of later cancellation, the promoter must pay 50% of the agreed fee to the artist.
• That in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the event, promoter must pay the full fee agreed for the performance to the artist(s).
• Pay 50% of the fee in advance at least 30 days prior to the event. If the deposit of the advance is the artist in hand on the date specified, the artist(s) reserve the right to take an alternative booking without any further obligations to the promoter.
• Pay the other 50% before the performance of the live act.
• Pay all travel expenses in connection with the booking. This includes flight, boat, and taxi to and from the airport.
• Supply meals and beverages during the entire event.
• Iboga Booking is arranging all flights, the payment of travel expenses must be done on the date specified by her.
